Web apps that automate how you work.
Our core service: an application that takes over recurring work instead of just organising it. Built in a manageable timeframe for a fair fixed price — running on your own servers or on ours, in Europe either way.
A web app can be almost anything
A web app runs in the browser — nothing to install, reachable from any device, whether Windows, Mac or a tablet. That makes it one of the most versatile things we build: the same technology becomes an internal platform, a product you sell, or the automation that runs in the background.
Automation is our focus — but a web app does not have to stop there. To give you a sense of what else it can be:
-
Your own company platform
The internal hub for your operations: data, workflows and permissions in one place, instead of spread across five programs.
-
Software you sell
Your own SaaS product with a login and a subscription your customers pay for — your business idea as an application.
-
Something your customers use
A portal or tool you hand to your customers that becomes part of your service.
-
Automation in the background
Our core: the recurring work that runs by itself — the examples are right below.
Web apps
-
01
The manual step disappears
What gets copied between two systems today runs by itself tomorrow — with a record of anything that did not fit.
-
02
One single truth
No more three versions of the same list. Everyone works on the same data, with the right permissions.
-
03
It grows with you
A clean codebase and real tests mean the next automation takes days, not another rebuild.
Where a web app saves work
-
Approvals and requests
Leave, purchase orders, invoice sign-off: the request finds its own way through, instead of travelling as an email chain between three inboxes.
-
Data between systems
What someone exports from one system and imports into another today happens overnight on its own — including a notice when a record does not fit.
-
Documents at the push of a button
Your data turns into finished quotes, delivery notes or reports. Always the same layout, without anyone hunting for a template.
-
A customer portal
Your customers see their orders, documents and status themselves instead of calling. That frees up exactly the people who would otherwise go and look it up.
-
Planning and scheduling
Appointments, resources, routes: one plan everyone looks at — instead of three spreadsheets in three different states.
-
Reporting without handiwork
The monthly report assembles itself and arrives on time. Nobody copies numbers between sheets any more.
- A requirements workshop and a written scope you sign off on
- An interface in your branding, responsive down to the phone
- The automation itself: scheduled runs, notifications, approval paths
- Roles, permissions and audit logging wherever the data calls for it
- Imports and interfaces to the systems you already run
- Hosting in-house or with us — with European providers either way
- Automated tests and a deployment pipeline
- Handover documentation and two months of support
Your own tool, not a per-seat rental
You know the tool your team uses every day, the one billed per person per month. It does a lot, but not quite the thing you need — and at the points that matter, you have no control. A field is missing, a step does not fit your process, a report cannot be built the way you need it, and the vendor will not change it.
This is where we come in: we build the solution that fits your process, instead of bending your process to fit someone else’s software. You pay once for the development rather than per user per month — with a growing team that adds up quickly — and you keep using it for good, instead of renting it per seat month after month. No licence that gets more expensive every year, and no feature you have to wait for.
Software leasing
You want a custom solution but cannot, or would rather not, pay the full price at once — for liquidity reasons, or because the purchase does not fit this year’s budget. That is what leasing is for.
The arrangement is simple: we build your bespoke software, you make a down payment and then a monthly instalment — noticeably lower than a licence tool would have cost per month. At the end of the term it is paid off and you keep using it for good — permanent access, with no further payments. Whether a one-time payment or leasing fits better, we work out together upfront.
Four steps. Then it's live.
